When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, shipping takes between 5 and 12 days. Tracking numbers are usually updated 3 to 5 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at hello@zuzu.ch.
I'm not happy with my order, can I return it? What if I encounter a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Please note that you must complete the return shipping at your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please ensure that your name and order number are included on the returned package. If your package is currently in transit, please wait for it to reach us before initiating the return process for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, of course! You can cancel your order free of charge, but you must do so before the goods are dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, simply use our hassle-free returns system for a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have provided an incorrect address due to a typo or auto-fill error, please reply to the order confirmation email to correct it. Double check the address provided and if it is incorrect, inform us by emailing hello@zuzu.ch . We can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. Please note that after the 24-hour period, no refunds are possible for incorrectly submitted data.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide depending on your location. On average, shipping time is between 5-12 business days.
