30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused
- With original labels
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to initiate a return
For defective or damaged products: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@zuzu.ch . ZuZu will cover the shipping costs and provide you with a printable return label. You can request this label via download/print by sending us an email.
In case of customer remorse: If you have changed your mind about the product, it must be returned in its original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. You can request a return label via download/print by sending us an email to hello@zuzu.ch . Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, an automatic refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
