Actual performance experienced by users may vary depending on specific charging environment conditions. Earbuds and charging case combined deliver up to 20 hours of total playback; this is based on 5 hours with the earbuds and an additional 15 hours after using the charging case. 20 hours of total battery life when playing music with volume set to 1/3 in AAC mode. Actual battery life will be affected by volume level, output source, environmental conditions, product characteristics and usage habits. Actual experience will depend on individual usage.

5. The average weight of each earbud is 4.35 grams, which was tested in OnePlus laboratory. The weight of the earbuds may vary depending on the configuration, manufacturing process and measurement method.

8. IP55: The data is based on test results according to TUV IEC 60529 standard. The earbuds are IP55 certified, but the case is not. Please do not use the earbuds during strenuous exercise or in humid environments. Water damage is not covered by the warranty.
9. Sweat resistance follows the same principle as water resistance, as the earbuds can prevent liquids, including sweat, from entering. We also specially processed the charging pin to increase sweat resistance. However, sweat resistance will decrease with long-term use. Damage caused by sweat is not covered by the warranty.
10. Quick Pair and Quick Connect are only supported on Android phones running Android 6.0 Marshmallow and above and Google Play Services 11.7+.

12. The latency of OnePlus Buds Z is 103ms, which is only possible when Fnatic Mode is enabled on OnePlus 6/6T/7/7 Pro/7T/7T Pro/8/8 Pro/Nord/8T devices. Different games may produce different latency.
13. By default, double tapping the earbuds will switch the track. Users can customize the double tap function in OnePlus app "HeyMelody".

OnePlus Buds Z and OnePlus phones provide the best experience when used together. The OnePlus Buds Z are compatible with all Bluetooth devices; the longest Bluetooth transmission distance is 10m between the OnePlus Buds Z and the Bluetooth device. Due to the nature of Bluetooth headphones, electromagnetic interference in the environment may cause the connection to be lost. When the device's screen is on and the Bluetooth sound signal is transmitted at the same time, there may be a "delay" in the audio and video signals due to the nature of the wireless technology, that is, the sound may be out of sync with the image.
