Bluetooth pairing steps (when using a single headset):
1. To pair the Bluetooth headset for the first time, the distance between the Bluetooth headset and your phone device must be less than 1 meter when pairing.
2. When the headset is turned off, press and hold the button until the red and blue lights flash alternately.
3. Start Bluetooth pairing on your phone device
4. Search for the Bluetooth device
5. The blue light flashes when pairing is successful.
Note: Please repeat the above instructions if pairing is not successful.
TWS headset pairing steps : (2 headsets work at the same time)
1. First pair the right headset according to the single pairing instructions above
2. Then pair the left headset
3. After successfully pairing both headsets with the device (both headsets should be flashing blue), turn both headsets off and then on again. This will reset the device and both headsets will be connected automatically.
4. In TWS mode, incoming and dialing calls will only be heard through the main headset (right headset).
Note: When the headsets are in TWS mode, two devices cannot be connected at the same time.
