If the two Bluetooth compatible earbuds cannot pair with each other or only one wireless earbud works or cannot connect to your device, how can I reset it?
1. Place both wireless earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid (turn off).
2. Delete the pairing record between the wireless earbuds and all your Bluetooth compatible devices.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and double tap the right earbud touch control position, when the two earbuds flash blue, which means the two earbuds are paired together.
4. Turn off your phone, and then search "J3 PRO" to connect to them again.
